We accept cheques, cash, and grocery gift cards which can be dropped off at 84 Mill St., Carleton Place during office hours (Monday & Wednesday: 5pm till 7pm, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am till noon). Please make cheques out to Lanark County Food Bank. Our mailing address is 84 Mill Street, Carleton Place, ON K7C 1T5.
For online donations, you can use PayPal or Canada Helps. You can also e-transfer to lcfb.thehungerstop@gmail.com (no password required).
When using PayPal or an e-transfer, please provide your mailing address (and email address if possible) if you want a tax receipt.
We also love to get monthly donation commitments. They can be set up through PayPal, Canada Helps, or automatic withdrawals from your bank account. Whichever way works for you is our favourite.
Please note that tax receipts for the current year will be sent out in the following January. If you require a receipt sooner, please contact us.

I just donated using pay pal but I wasn’t asked to enter my name & address at that time?

If you have a PayPal account, your name and address should already be on the account. If you are paying by credit card or Visa debit card, you will be prompted for the information. We have seen several PayPal donations without addresses, so there may be another problem. We will look into it. In the meantime you can send an email to lanarkcountyfoodbank@gmail.com with your mailing address (and email to match it with the donation). Sorry for the confusion.

We serve anyone who comes through the door. That being said our catchment area is from White Lake in the north to Franktown in the south and from Ashton in the east to Innisville in the west. Basically it is Mississippi Mills, Carleton Place, and Beckwith Township.
