Third time is the charm?
As we head into a month of a provincewide shutdown, we need to ensure that our volunteers, our clients, and you, our donors, stay safe. Our clients can pick up food hampers – we are still open to give out food, however, until the shutdown is lifted:
1. We will NOT be accepting food donation drop-offs at the food bank. You can drop your food donations at any of the local grocery store bins (Patrice’s, Mitchell’s, Giant Tiger, and Freshco) – our drivers will pick them up from there.
2. If you wish to support us financially, please donate by using online transfers, PayPal, Canada Helps, or by mailing a cheque (84 Mill St. Carleton Place, ON K7C 1T5). Please do not show up at the food bank door. lanarkcountyfoodbank.ca/donate/donate-money/
The only way we can keep our doors open, to help our most vulnerable neighbours, is to stay well.
Thank you for your continued compassion, support, and understanding. Stay safe, stay well.
