MONETARY donations can be dropped off during our operational hours. Mondays & Wednesdays from 5pm till 7pm or Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 9am till noon.

FOOD donations can be dropped-off Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to noon or Fridays from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

We raise chickens for eggs for our home. We periodically have excess eggs & would like to know if the food bank will accept these. Please advise!

Do you accept diapers as a donation. I used to use them as a craft but I no longer do that.

You can drop them off whenever suits – at the delivery door on the right-hand side of 84 Mill St. (down the lane). Our donation hours are Mon. & Wed. 10am to noon, Fri. 4:30 to 5:30 or our office/client hours are Mon. & Wed. 5pm to 7pm, Tue., Thu. & Fri. 9am to noon.

Is there an option to donate monthly through a web option? Would there be a tax receipt provided?

You can donate monthly through PayPal or Canada Helps or we can withdraw it from your account. Canada Helps provides the receipts, we provide the receipts when you use PayPal or when we withdraw from your bank account (these can be provided on a monthly or annual basis).

Could you use a chest freezer. It works but my mother in law lives alone and we have convinced her that she doesn’t need a big one just for herself. If so we could drop it off to you.

When my husband passed away in November I listed Lanark County Food Bank as a charity. How do I find out who donated in memory of my husband so that I can send them a thank you note? Thanks for your help!
